About & sources
TabArcade is an independent guide created after the Radiant Optimizer post about browser games went viral in October 2026. We are not affiliated with Radiant Optimizer, Activision, Microsoft, Valve, Rockstar, EA, Konami, id Software, Bethesda, Blizzard, Mojang or any other publisher.
How statuses work
- Free to tryUses demo, shareware or freely released data.
- Bring your own copyEngine runs in the browser; you load files from a copy you own.
- Fan recreationNew code with regenerated or openly licensed assets. Not the original game files.
- Not linkedExists on the list, but we don't link hosts that serve commercial game files or don't say where their data comes from.
We link a project only when it documents that it uses demo, shareware or freely released data, asks you to load your own copy, or is an original recreation. Hosts that serve commercial game files, or that don't say where their data comes from, are described but not linked.

- Game covers, diagrams and share images are original artwork made for this site. They contain no publisher artwork.
- Gameplay screenshots of Diablo, Half-Life: Uplink and the Skate 3 recreation were taken by us on October 10, 2026, running each project's published web build with its free data. Diablo © Blizzard Entertainment; Half-Life © Valve; the KenneyPark skate map uses Kenney's Mini Skate kit (CC0). They are shown to document what each project actually runs.
- The Hedgewars illustration is assembled from Hedgewars' own artwork, © the Hedgewars Project contributors, used under the GNU Free Documentation License 1.2. The derived image is available under the same licence.
Statuses were last checked on October 10, 2026. Projects change quickly; if something here is out of date, the project's own page has the final word.
Where to start
Most visitors want the full Radiant Optimizer games list or the games that are free to play right now. If a game won't start, run the browser check. Questions about the software itself are covered in our Radiant Optimizer review, the free version guide and Radiant Optimizer vs Hone.
